I just wanted to pass along a great thank you to the hard work and dedication your staff provided me throughout the planning of my wedding and on the day of! I dealt with many different venders for our wedding (florist, videographers, bridal stores, photographers, etc) and I honestly felt that Jason and Jelena made me the most comfortable and supportive! I never had to wait for a response via email or phone, they were always on it with everything – even going out of there way for some of the details where I needed support! I never once felt like I was bothering them during their other responsibilities, they always gave me 100% of their attention when I reached out.

They made my planning so much smoother with their suggestions and advice from experience. I truly felt more at home and comforted when I reached out to Jelena with some of the many changes I kept giving her leading up to the day, and with so many different food requests she handled it all so well! Her personality really connected with me and I felt more at ease with everything she did for me!

I remember when Tim (my now husband) and I came for the food tasting, we were so blown away with how everything looked and tasted, as well as how easy going and supportive Jason was with us! He sat down with us to pick out every detail, but also gave us the privacy and space we needed to have discussions about what we wanted. He didn’t pressure us or push anything that we weren’t comfortable with, he made our experience seamless and our decision was easy when we decided to go with Edelweiss!

Even when I shared my personal view on how the bar was going to be run at our wedding, Jason was more than accommodating to help ensure that my worries were removed. I didn’t feel uncomfortable sharing things with him, and he even comforted me the night of when reached out to him to check-in on how things were going. Jason is an exceptional individual and Im very honoured to have had the opportunity to work with him!

Everyone I spoke to said that they loved the food and my mom and mother in law was very impressed with how Jason handled the evening. I do apologize for any difficult members who attended, I heard that one of Tim’s cousins did not want to follow the rules. The Fader family can be a bit much at times, but I do hope that everything is ok on your end.

The food that was served really made the event special and everyone was so wonderful to work with! It looked and tasted the exact same as when we were there for our food tasting. I can only image how difficult it is to feed everyone. It is just amazing what a wonderful job everyone did! I sincerely appreciate the time and effort everyone into our day. I will definitely recommend your catering services to others and look forward to working with you again!
